350 g powdered sugar
150 g butter
200 g confectionery fat 80%
550 g whole eggs
750 g type 500 flour
15 g baking powder
180 g Kandy candied plums
180 g Kandy candied blackcurrants
180 g Kandy candied cherries
180 g Kandy candied gooseberries
280 g walnuts
100 g type 500 flour
For the decoration
1000 g white chocolate
100 g sunflower oil
500 g walnuts
Mix the powdered sugar with butter and confectionery fat, at the end add all the eggs. Pour the sieved flour with baking powder into the mixture.
Coat the candied fruits in flour. Roast the walnuts. Add the fruit and nuts to the prepared dough and mix everything. Bake at 170-180°C for about 45-55 minutes.
Pour the chocolate with the roasted nuts onto the fruitcake once it cools down. Dissolve the chocolate with oil in a microwave, add previously roasted and chopped nuts. Pour chocolate on the fruitcake and let it cool down again.
