Preparation

Prepare the strawberry ice cream according to the manufacturer’s instructions or any recipe. In a cup or other bowl, mix the ice cream and Lauretta peach 35% filling – using proportions as desired. Add the crushed meringue and decorate with fresh raspberries or other seasonal fruits.
