Mix the flour with baking powder. Place the butter and sugar in the mixer bowl and beat to acquire a light paste, beat in the egg and mix again. Add milk and flour - mix all ingredients until they form a smooth mixture.
Put the dough up to 2/3 of the height of the silicone molds.
Preheat the oven to 356°F (180°C). Bake for 20 minutes.
When they’re cool, decorate the cupcakes with toffee-flavored Parisian filling.
